Sharon a former indoor cycling instructor at BodyStrength for over 5 years. Is s also a Registered Dietitian with a specialty in sports nutrition, maternal and postpartum nutrition. Sharon currently work as a clinical dietitian at Mount Sinai West Hospital and is available to all members for nutrition counseling upon request.

Cancellation policy: aLL CANCELLATIONS FOR PERSONAL TRAINING MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24HRS IN ADVANCE. THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SESSION WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL. A $50 FEE FOR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 24HRS. SALES ARE FINALS, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. SESSIONS ARE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS.
