BOOT CAMP: A great way to lose extra inches, our boot camp challenges you by integrating high cardio exercise such as push-ups, squats and running, with free weights and bands, that target all areas of your body.

STRONG BY ZUMBA®: combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move



BOXING: Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this authentic boxing workout focuses on a variety of boxing drills including footwork, shadow boxing and bag work. This class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine tuning boxing fundamentals.

KICKBOXING: workouts incorporate kicking and punching for a dynamic, challenging experience. You’ll keep your body guessing as our trainer pushes you to use your personal power in every style of kick and punch throughout our rounds.

9 ROUNDS: The 30-minute kickboxing-inspired workout is composed of nine stations with everything from speed bag skills to jumping rope. Stations one and two focus on strength building and incorporate equipment such as dumbbells and medicine balls.

TAEKWONDO: A well-rounded martial art that originated in Korea, combines combat, self-defense techniques with sports & exercise.
