A certified AFAA Instructor, Christina combines her love for fitness and her background in academia to teach safe, effective classes to all levels. Whether you're a gym novice or a fitness connoisseur, she truly believes that everyone is capable of achieving greatness and encourages her participants' success in every class. When she's not traveling, Christina likes to bring world cultures to the studio by using international rhythms for Zumba and strengthening your agility by traveling around the room during Body Conditioning. Driven by an enthusiasm for both physical and mental wellness, Jana has become passionate about Kettlebells through personal training and teaching fitness classes. She was trained by World Champion Kettlebell competitor Lorna Kleidman and has brought the knowledge she has learned to help her clients and students achieve their goals.
With a Bachelors of Science degree in Dance from SUNY Brockport and a Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona College, Jana has diverse knowledge of how to live a healthy and happy lifestyle. She is a certified group fitness instructor through American Aerobic and Fitness Association of America and a certified personal trainer through American Sport and Fitness Association. Her mission in fitness is to help people to better understand their bodies so that they attain maximum health and accomplish the results they are looking for.
